We help you get found online

SEO isn't mysterious. It's about understanding what people search for, how search engines read your site, and making changes that actually help. We've been doing this since 2017, working directly with businesses around East London and the Eastern Cape to improve their search visibility. Every site is different, every business has its own challenges, and we figure out what works for yours specifically.

How we started

Back in 2017, local businesses kept asking us the same question: why aren't we showing up when people search for what we do? Some had websites that loaded slowly. Others had content that didn't match what their customers actually searched for. Many just didn't know where to start. We realized there was a real gap between what businesses needed and what they could access without hiring an expensive agency in Cape Town or Johannesburg. So we focused on direct, personalized work—one business at a time, figuring out their specific problems and fixing them methodically.

Over the years, we've worked with retail shops, professional services, tourism operators, and trades across the region. Each project taught us something new about how search works in practice, not just in theory. We learned that local SEO for a plumber in Gonubie works differently than for a B&B in Coffee Bay, and that understanding regional search patterns matters more than following generic advice. That hands-on experience shapes how we work with every client now.

What we actually do

Site audits

We go through your entire site looking for technical problems that hurt your rankings. Broken links, slow pages, indexing issues, mobile problems—stuff that stops Google from ranking you properly even if your content is good.

Keyword research

We find out what people in your area actually type into search engines when they need what you offer. Then we help you create content that answers those searches clearly and completely.

Local optimization

Getting your Google Business Profile set up correctly, making sure your site shows up for location-based searches, and building citations in local directories that actually matter for businesses in South Africa.

Performance fixes

Making your site load faster by optimizing images, cleaning up code, and fixing configuration problems. Speed directly affects rankings and how many visitors actually stay on your site.

How we work with you

01

Initial review

We look at your current site, check your rankings, see what's working and what's broken. This takes about a week and gives us a clear picture of where you're starting from.

02

Work plan

We create a specific plan for your site—not a generic template. This includes technical fixes, content improvements, and local optimization priorities based on what we found in the review.

03

Implementation

We make the changes, test everything, and monitor how search engines respond. You get regular updates on what we're doing and why, with access to your analytics so you can see the impact yourself.

04

Ongoing adjustment

SEO isn't one-and-done. We keep watching your rankings, adjust strategy based on what's working, and handle new issues as they come up. You stay in direct contact with the same specialist throughout.

Analytics dashboard showing steady growth in organic search traffic over six months

Retail shop example

A furniture store in East London was getting almost no online traffic despite having a decent website. Their site loaded slowly, product pages had minimal text, and they weren't showing up for any local searches. We optimized their images, rewrote product descriptions to include what people actually search for, fixed their Google Business Profile, and built proper internal linking. After four months, they went from page 3-4 to consistent first-page rankings for their main products. Organic traffic increased by 280%, and they started getting multiple inquiries per week directly from search.
