  • Multi-session packages may be eligible for partial refunds for undelivered sessions

SEO Audit and Analysis Services

Once an SEO audit has been initiated and preliminary analysis has begun, the service is considered in progress. Refunds for audit services follow these guidelines:

  • Full refund available if requested before work commences
  • Partial refund may be available if less than 25% of the audit is complete
  • No refund available once the final audit report has been delivered

Ongoing Optimization Programs

For clients enrolled in monthly or ongoing SEO optimization programs:

  • Refunds are prorated based on services already delivered in the current billing cycle
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for previous billing cycles already completed

Refund Eligibility

Eligible Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as described in the service agreement
  • Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors occurred

Dispute Resolution
